This tee reflects a core principle that has shaped much of my life over the past two years: "80/20: Results vs. Effort." It’s the understanding that 80% of results often come from 20% of the effort—or sometimes, the reverse. There have been moments when a small amount of effort led to big results, but recently, it’s felt like I’ve been putting in 80% of the effort and only seeing 20% of the results.
This concept also applies to my interactions with others. Whether I’m 20% or 80% responsible, I’ve realized that what I say and do can tip the scales. I’ve had to accept that no matter the outcome—whether it’s a win or a lesson learned—I’ve played a part in creating that situation. This awareness has helped me take ownership of my role, for better or worse.
Wearing this tee is a reminder of the balance between results and effort and the responsibility we all have in shaping our experiences. It’s for those navigating their own 80/20 moments, recognizing their part in the process, and striving for growth, balance, and self-awareness.
