This women’s tee reflects a guiding principle that has been a major part of my life over the past two years: "80/20: Results vs. Effort." It’s the idea that 80% of results often come from 20% of the effort—or sometimes, the reverse. There have been times when minimal effort yielded significant results, but lately, it seems like I’ve been putting in 80% of the effort and only seeing 20% of the results.
This concept extends beyond just effort and results. It also applies to my interactions with others. Whether I’m 20% or 80% responsible, I’ve come to realize that my words and actions can tip the scales.
