The Scroll Marked II- I will greet this day with love in my heart

I will greet this day with love in my life. What a phenomenal statement that is. Let me say that again, I will greet this day with love in my life.  It is such a great way to proclaim every morning. It is a perfect way to start every day, to greet the day with love in your heart.  This is one of my favorite scrolls to read every day. It is like a fresh gulp of air to breathe in these words, exhaling peace, joy, and love.

Love, the greatest secret of all success. To encourage and praise others, and to laud my enemies. To never give in to gossip for this little secret alone will change my life.

It’s looking on all things with love, unconditionally and be born again.  Using love as a weapon to open the hearts of men and the shield to repulse the arrows of hate and the spears of anger. Tearing down the walls of suspicion and hate people build around their hearts and build bridges so my love can enter their hearts. Reading this paragraph alone it’s so powerful.

It’s confronting each one I meet with love, even without saying a word. More importantly, to love myself, being passionate about what I allow into my body, my mind, and my spirit. What I eat, think and how I feel.

I will greet this day with love in my heart. Loving all mankind for I have no time to hate, only time to love, taking the first step to become a man among men.

I don’t get to read each scroll three times per day as required in Scroll I. Very few times I read it twice but always each scroll every day at least once and onto the next at the end of the beginning of the next month.

The scroll ends with a reminder to all of us saying that even if I have no other qualities, I can succeed with love alone. Without it I will fail, despite of having all the knowledge and all the skill of the world.

So here is a great affirmation to repeat every day “I will greet this day with love in my heart, and I will succeed”.
