Balance Tank

Balance is something I’ve been striving for over the past few years. Life often feels like it’s tipping the scale to one side or the other, never fully balanced. My mind tends to drift forward into the future, bringing anxiety for the unknown, or fall back into the past, dwelling on losses. But I’ve started to notice what it feels like to be truly present, poised in the middle, aware of where I am and where I want to be.

This sense of awareness has given me the choice—the power to decide whether to go left, right, or cut a path straight through the middle. I’ve learned to apply this balance to all aspects of life, finding it through healthy boundaries so I don’t run thin while helping others. It’s helped me gauge my input, energy, and time, ensuring I dedicate enough to my priorities while maintaining a balanced mind, body, and spirit.

Kambo has been a tremendous help in bringing me back to balance, grounding and centering me. Whether it’s walking my dog Dancer, riding my brother's motorcycle, or simply being mindful of how I approach the world, I’ve realized that when things feel out of balance, it’s time to reassess and find equilibrium in my relationships and daily life.
