Time Will Tell

Time Will Tell

Time will tell you everything you need to know, whether you’re ready for the answer or not.

It will tell you who shows up, who stays, and who quietly walks away. It will tell you who loved you for you, and who loved you for what you could give them. It will tell you who still smiles when they think of you, and who only remembers you when they need something.

Time doesn’t always help you forget. Sometimes it refuses to let you. It keeps a wound fresh just enough to remind you it mattered, that it shaped you. But time can also blur the edges of pain until the details fade. That’s where the paradox lives. Forgetting can bring peace. Forgetting can also mean losing the lesson.

They say time heals all wounds. Time gives you the space to heal. But the work is still yours. You choose whether to sit with the pain and let it teach you, or bury it until it becomes a shadow that follows you anyway.

Time can make you miss someone less, or it can make you miss them more. It can show you that the love you thought was forever was only for a season, or it can prove that the bond you share is unshakable, no matter the miles or the silence in between. Only time will tell.

In the end, time is both a truth-teller and a thief. It reveals what’s real and strips away what’s not. And whether you like the answers or not, only time will tell.
