Growth is Not Found in Comfort

I often reflect on ceremony weekends, recapitulating the moments during Ayahuasca and Kambo ceremonies. I see people from all walks of life coming to seek healing whether is emotional, physical, mental or spiritual. I see in their eyes the determination to overcome their pain and suffering, their emotional trauma and limitations that prevents them to grow and move forward in their lives. They come fully aware that the process won't be easy, that they will have to do their part, go outside their comfort zones and face their issues head on.

To quote Seneca, "No man is more unhappy than he who never faces adversity. For he is not permitted to prove himself".
